I know some people have commented on the size of the room.Plenty big enough for two. Very very comfortable, very clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good and cook/waitress cannot be faulted. The lift big enough for 4 people although tight. It never failed once. The area was a bit off putting at first but my wife and I, both elderly, never felt uncomfortable walking around the area whatever the time. Once you figure the tram system easy and quick to get anywhere in the city. Tram, bus & metro system 10 times better than UK. They even keep tickets to purchase in Hotel reception. Very hot when there and pool a big bonus, even though there is a small charge. For the price unbeatable hotel
Very hot when we were there. No air conditioning but with the hotel price this is understandable but lack of fans unacceptable. The view from windows was awful but this is an inner city hotel and I did not go there to spend time in my room looking out of the window.

Helpful staff, good English spoken. Sorted me out a take away breakfast as I was leaving very early (05:00) - despite not arriving until 21:00 the previous night.Good facilities by the looks of it (pool, sauna) - but I did not have time to enjoy them.
A good distance (tram ride) from city centre and not the most salubrious of areas. Room was a little cramped but spotlessly clean.

excellent boutique hotel, completely refurbished in 2010.very good value, especially the junior suite. Even logo'd carpets and curtains and hotel name is embroidered on the soft towels.
Not a dislike, but in located in praha 4, which is 10 tram stops from the .centre

The breakfast here was really nice, especially for vegetarians, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. 🌱 the room had all you could ask for – a cozy vibe, a king-size bed, free champagne, and air conditioning. Plus, you can't beat the spot it's in.

ths staff is helpful.
room is too small only with dim lights. The elevator is also too small even for 2 people.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, the breakfast plentiful and the rooms nice and tidy. Could not have asked for more. The location is not bad either, a tram stop is around the corner and it takes only about 15 minutes to the old city centre.

Cleanness of room, friendly staff, good value for money, location of the Hotel. Everything is perfect about this hotel except the room size is a little small which does not cause any problem but would be fantastic if it was bigger. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It was not expensive at all. The staff was cordial. I liked the room, it was quite small, but I don't like big rooms anyway. Very clean, good breakfast. The location was quite good, because it is served by metro and the metro stop at Vysehrad is not that far, just 15 minutes approximately by food. I recommended it.
